Screening
Candidates are assessed for customer-service manner, grooming and spoken-English and other language ability, with GDS and ticketing skills tested for reservations roles. Travel or aviation certifications and prior experience are verified, and cabin-crew applicants are prepared for airline assessment days before selection.
