Hungary's automotive, manufacturing and logistics industries in Central Europe offer structured opportunities for skilled Pakistani workers.
As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Hungary across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Hungary has built one of Central Europe's strongest manufacturing economies, anchored by carmaking, electronics and a fast-growing electric-vehicle and battery sector. With unemployment low and major new plants coming on stream, employers increasingly look beyond the local and EU workforce to fill skilled and semi-skilled roles — a demand Pakistani workers are well placed to meet.
Manufacturing leads, but logistics and construction hire steadily too, serving the factories and the infrastructure that surrounds them. As an EU member state Hungary offers EU labour protections and access to the European labour market, while keeping its own currency, the forint, rather than the euro.
Falisha Manpower sources, screens and trade-tests candidates in Pakistan and mobilises them for Hungarian manufacturers, logistics operators and contractors, handling the paperwork from our offices right through to arrival.
The factories drive most of our Hungarian placements — assembly and production workers, machine and CNC operators, electronics assemblers, welders and metal fabricators, and mechanical, electrical and maintenance technicians. The automotive and battery plants in particular recruit line and process workers in volume.
Construction takes masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers and site labour, and the logistics sector needs warehouse staff, forklift operators and drivers to serve the manufacturing hubs. Every candidate is matched to the employer's needs and trade-tested where the role calls for proven skills. Line roles in the automotive and electronics plants usually run on rotating shifts, and we prepare candidates for those patterns before they travel.
Our deployments follow Hungary's industrial map: Budapest and its logistics and construction belt; Győr in the north-west, a long-established carmaking centre; Kecskemét in the centre with its large automotive plant; and Debrecen in the east, now a fast-rising hub for vehicle and battery manufacturing.
Sourcing, screening and documentation are run from our Rawalpindi head office and branch network, so Hungarian employers deal with a single organised partner from the first shortlist to the worker's arrival on site.
Hungary operates an employer-led route: the Hungarian employer obtains the work permit or approval for the role, and the worker applies for a residence permit for employment, entering on a long-stay visa where required, with the permit tied to the specific job and employer.
The medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance happen in Pakistan up front, and our team prepares the attestation and visa documents and books the travel, keeping the permit, visa and departure aligned so mobilisation stays on schedule.
As an EU member, Hungary sets a statutory minimum wage and requires written employment contracts covering pay, hours and leave, with social-security registration and the labour protections common across the Union. A Hungarian job comes with documented, enforceable terms rather than informal arrangements.
We place workers only on clear contracts and explain the detail before departure, so there is no confusion about wages or conditions once the posting begins. The contract also fixes shift allowances, overtime and any transport or housing the plant offers, so the whole package is clear in advance.
For Hungary you will usually need a valid passport, trade or education certificates, experience letters and a clean medical, and most factory and trade roles include a trade test so your ability is confirmed before selection. After an employer confirms you, we arrange the work permit, the residence paperwork, the visa and your Protector of Emigrants clearance and book your travel.
On arrival you complete your residence formalities and your employer generally assists with initial accommodation as set out in the contract. We brief each worker fully before departure and, following BEOE and Protector of Emigrants rules, we never charge a candidate any unlawful fee.
Hungary's flagship is advanced manufacturing, and it is expanding fast. Alongside long-established car and engine plants, the country has attracted a wave of investment in electric-vehicle assembly and lithium-battery production, turning cities such as Debrecen into major new industrial centres within a few short years.
These plants need a deep pool of manpower — production and assembly operators, machine and CNC operators, electronics and battery-cell workers, welders and fabricators, and maintenance, mechanical and electrical technicians. We trade-test candidates in Pakistan so they arrive ready for the cleanliness, precision and pace that modern automotive and battery lines demand.
The build-out of these factories also keeps construction and logistics busy, adding site trades, warehouse staff and drivers. Whether an employer needs specialists for a commissioning phase or a large intake for a new line, we mobilise in planned, phased groups that match the production ramp-up. With several large plants being built at once, demand is set to stay strong for years, from the construction phase through to full operation.
