A major EU manufacturing and logistics hub

Poland is one of the EU’s largest manufacturing and logistics economies, and its demand for workers has made it a popular destination for Pakistani candidates. Construction, factories and production lines, warehousing and transport, and agriculture all hire steadily, supported by a clear work-permit route.

Falisha Manpower sources and screens candidates in Pakistan and mobilises them for Polish employers under the country’s work-permit and national visa system.

Roles in demand

We supply construction and civil trades, welders and fabricators, factory and production workers, warehouse and logistics staff, forklift operators and drivers, and agricultural and food-processing workers. Hospitality and services add further openings.

Candidates are trade-tested and documented before travel so Polish employers get workers ready to perform from day one.

Where the work is

Hiring is concentrated around Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź and Gdańsk and the manufacturing and logistics parks that surround them, with construction demand across the country.

We match candidates to the employer and region and coordinate sourcing and documentation from Pakistan.

Work permit and visa

The employer secures a work permit (typically a type-A permit) from the regional (voivodeship) office, after which the worker applies for a national long-stay visa at the Polish mission and completes residence formalities on arrival. Medical screening and Protector of Emigrants clearance are done in Pakistan first.

We coordinate the permit, visa and travel with the employer so mobilisation stays on schedule.

Pay, contracts and worker protection

Poland sets a statutory minimum wage and requires written employment contracts, with social-security contributions (ZUS) and EU labour protections. A Polish placement also brings candidates into the EU labour market.

We place candidates only on documented contracts and brief them before departure on their role, pay and conditions.

For Pakistani candidates — what to expect

To work in Poland you will usually need a valid passport, trade or education certificates, experience letters, and a work permit obtained by your employer; technical roles may include a trade test. We then handle the national visa, Protector of Emigrants clearance and travel.

We guide you through each step and, in line with BEOE rules, never charge candidates unlawful fees.

Spotlight: manufacturing, logistics and construction

Poland is one of Europe’s busiest manufacturing and logistics economies, and that is where most of its demand sits. Factories and production lines hire operators and assembly staff; the fast-growing warehousing, e-commerce and distribution sector needs forklift operators, pickers and drivers; and a strong construction market needs civil and MEP trades.

The country’s clear work-permit route and its position inside the EU make it a popular, accessible destination for Pakistani workers looking to build a European career.

We trade-test and document candidates against the employer’s requirement so Polish factories and sites get workers ready to perform from the first shift.

An accessible EU corridor

Poland’s process is employer-led and well-trodden: the employer secures the work permit, the worker applies for the national visa, and residence formalities follow on arrival. For many candidates it is a dependable way into the EU labour market.

We coordinate the permit, visa and travel end-to-end and brief candidates fully before departure, so expectations are set and mobilisation stays on schedule.

Life and work in Poland

Poland has a large and growing community of South Asian workers, so new arrivals usually find established networks, halal food and places of worship in the main cities, and employers of overseas staff are familiar with the documentation and onboarding — which makes settling in smoother.

Contracts set out your salary, hours and conditions; wages are paid on record, and Poland’s EU membership means your employment carries EU labour protections. Winters are cold, so we brief candidates on the practical realities as well as the paperwork.

The route is employer-led and well-trodden — work permit, national visa, then residence formalities on arrival — and because we run it regularly, we can give realistic timelines rather than vague promises.

We prepare each candidate for the role, the documents and the move, and in line with BEOE rules we never charge candidates unlawful fees. The aim is workers who arrive informed and stay for the full contract.
