As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Spain across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Spain combines one of the world's leading tourism industries with a farming sector so productive it is often called Europe's market garden, and a construction industry that has returned to strength. Together they generate large, recurring demand for workers, and Spain has long-established routes for hiring that labour directly from abroad.
Demand is led by agriculture, with its seasonal harvests, and by tourism and hospitality, supported by construction and a growing logistics sector. As an EU, eurozone and Schengen member, a Spanish job gives a worker euro wages and a place inside the European labour market.
Falisha Manpower sources, screens and trade-tests candidates in Pakistan and mobilises them for Spanish farms, hotels, contractors and logistics companies, handling the documentation from our offices from selection through to arrival.
Agriculture is the single largest source of demand — field and harvest workers, greenhouse and polytunnel staff, and packhouse and sorting workers for the intensive growing regions of the south and east. The tourism season adds hotel and resort staff, waiters, cooks and kitchen hands, and housekeeping and cleaning teams across the coasts and islands.
Construction takes masons, steel fixers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and general site labour, while logistics and warehousing employers need pickers, forklift operators and drivers. We match each candidate to the sector and employer, verifying skills with a trade test for the technical roles and focusing on fitness and reliability for the seasonal harvest intakes.
Our placements span the country: Madrid, Barcelona and Catalonia, and Valencia for services, construction and logistics; Almería and Murcia for intensive greenhouse agriculture; Huelva and the wider Andalusia region for the berry and fruit harvests; and the costas together with the Balearic and Canary Islands for tourism.
Sourcing, screening and paperwork are coordinated from our Rawalpindi head office and branches in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir, so a Spanish employer deals with one organised partner from trade testing in Pakistan to the worker's arrival.
Spain runs an employer-led system. For a standard job the Spanish employer applies for an initial residence-and-work authorisation — usually where the role appears on the shortage-occupation list or passes a labour-market test — after which the worker collects a work visa at the Spanish consulate and obtains a foreigner's identity card once in the country.
Seasonal agricultural work is filled through a dedicated 'hiring at origin' system (contratación en origen), under which workers are recruited in their home country on fixed-term contracts. Medical screening and Protector of Emigrants clearance are completed in Pakistan, and Falisha handles the attestation, visa file and travel so each stage follows the last in order.
Spain sets a statutory minimum wage and requires a written employment contract stating pay, working hours and leave, with social-security registration and the labour protections shared across the EU. Seasonal contracts carry their own defined terms for the length of the harvest or the tourist season.
We place workers only on documented contracts and explain the terms before departure, so every candidate knows exactly what their pay and conditions will be. Where the employer provides accommodation on or near the site — common in the farming regions — that is confirmed in writing in advance.
For a Spanish role you will normally need a valid passport, relevant certificates and experience and a clean medical; skilled positions include a trade test before selection, while seasonal agricultural intakes focus on fitness for the work. Once an employer confirms you, we arrange the work authorisation or seasonal contract, the visa and your Protector of Emigrants clearance and organise your travel.
Be realistic that much agricultural and tourism work is seasonal and tied to the harvest or the holiday calendar, and we are honest with every candidate about this from the outset. On arrival your employer supports your registration and accommodation as agreed, and, in keeping with BEOE and Protector of Emigrants rules, we never levy unlawful fees on the workers we place.
Spain's intensive agriculture is one of the clearest drivers of its demand for overseas workers. Almería's vast expanse of greenhouses — the largest concentration of them anywhere in the world — together with the vegetable belt of Murcia and the strawberry and berry fields of Huelva, supplies much of Europe's fresh produce and needs a huge, dependable workforce.
The 'hiring at origin' system was built precisely to bring in overseas harvest labour on organised, fixed-term contracts, which makes Spain one of the most structured seasonal-agriculture destinations in Europe. We source, screen and mobilise field, greenhouse and packhouse workers in step with the harvest calendar so the labour arrives exactly when the crop is ready.
Accommodation is often provided on or close to the farms, which we confirm before departure, and dependable workers are frequently invited back for successive seasons, building a track record that can lead to longer-term work. Whether a grower needs a handful of experienced hands or a large seasonal intake, we mobilise individuals or complete teams and keep the employer updated at every step.
