Belgium recruits across construction, logistics, manufacturing and hospitality in the heart of the EU, offering structured employment for Pakistani workers.
As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Belgium across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Belgium sits at the logistical heart of Western Europe, with the port of Antwerp, a dense motorway and rail network and the institutions of the EU all driving demand for labour. Chronic shortages in construction, logistics, metalworking and horticulture mean Belgian employers regularly recruit from outside the European Economic Area.
Work authorisation is handled region by region — Flanders, Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region each run their own shortage lists and rules under the single-permit framework. Falisha Manpower sources, screens and trade-tests candidates in Pakistan and deploys them to Belgian contractors, logistics operators and growers, managing the paperwork throughout.
Construction is the largest source of demand: masons, steel fixers, shuttering and finishing carpenters, scaffolders, electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians, with welders and fabricators for the country's metal and engineering industries. Logistics and warehousing around Antwerp and the Flemish corridor hire order-pickers, forklift operators and drivers in volume.
Horticulture and food processing take seasonal and year-round operatives, and manufacturing takes production and machine operators. Each worker is matched to the employer's requirement and trade-tested before selection.
Belgium issues a 'single permit' that combines the right to work and the right to reside, applied for by the employer to the competent region for roles expected to last longer than ninety days. Once it is approved the worker obtains a long-stay (D) visa at a Belgian consulate and registers with the local commune after arrival.
Fitness-for-work medicals and Protector of Emigrants clearance are completed in Pakistan. Falisha handles contract attestation, the visa file and travel so the regional permit, the visa and the flight align.
Belgium applies sector-based minimum pay set through collective agreements, a written employment contract and the full range of EU labour and social-security protections. A Belgian job therefore gives a candidate a secure foothold in the European labour market.
You will usually need a valid passport, trade or education certificates, experience letters and a clean medical, with a trade test for skilled roles. We brief each worker on the terms before departure and never charge unlawful fees, consistent with BEOE and Protector of Emigrants rules.
