As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Switzerland across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Switzerland is one of the highest-wage economies in the world, outside the EU but inside EFTA and the Schengen area. It gives priority to Swiss and EU/EFTA workers and manages non-European labour through annual quotas, so access for workers from outside Europe is limited and reserved mainly for qualified specialists — we set that expectation honestly from the outset.
Where employers can justify a hire against the quota, demand appears in construction, hospitality in the alpine tourism regions, healthcare and specialised engineering. Falisha Manpower sources and screens qualified candidates in Pakistan and supports Swiss employers through the permit process, coordinating the documentation end to end.
Construction and engineering take skilled trades — carpenters, electricians, HVAC and mechanical technicians, and certified welders and fabricators. The alpine hospitality sector hires hotel, kitchen and service staff for its seasons, and healthcare recruits qualified nurses and care workers.
Because the non-European route favours qualified and specialist roles, we focus on candidates whose skills and certificates a Swiss employer can document, and every candidate is trade-tested before selection.
For workers from outside the EU/EFTA, a Swiss employer must show that the role cannot be filled from the Swiss or European labour market and apply for a permit against the federal and cantonal quotas — typically a short-term (L) or residence (B) permit tied to the job. The worker then obtains the corresponding long-stay visa.
Medical-fitness screening and Protector of Emigrants clearance are completed in Pakistan, and Falisha manages contract attestation, the permit file and travel. Because approvals depend on the quota and a labour-market test, we are candid with candidates about timelines and the likelihood of approval.
Switzerland has no single national minimum wage but applies high sector and cantonal pay standards, a written contract and strong worker protection, which a permit application must satisfy. A Swiss job is among the best paid in Europe.
We put candidates forward only on documented contracts and never charge unlawful fees, in keeping with BEOE and Protector of Emigrants rules.
